What is our Osteo I-Complex supplement used for?
Our supplement provides calcium from marine coral calcium (35% calcium), which is essential for the formation and maintenance of strong and dense bones. This calcium is easily absorbed by the body, promoting a robust bone structure. Magnesium oxide (60% magnesium) aids in the absorption and retention of calcium in the bones, preventing bone loss and strengthening bone structure. Bamboo dry extract (70% silicon) contributes to the formation of collagen, an essential protein in bone structure. It contributes to bone elasticity and strength. Vitamin K2 is essential for directing calcium to the bones and preventing its accumulation in the arteries, which is beneficial for cardiovascular health. Finally, vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) facilitates calcium absorption in the intestine, and its fixation in the bones, further strengthening bone structure.
